  1. Also not to be forgotten of James Stewart's family comedies of the early sixties is "Take Her, She's Mine". I think it's funnier than Dear Brigitte. It can be seen on YouTube as a series of 7 videos.

  2. Love Glynnis Johns! She steals the scenes in, "While You Were Sleeping" with Sandra Bullock…another lovely movie. Thanks for sharing this one!

  3. Jimmy Stewart plays the perfect socialist. Unconcerned with money things till they need it then they think the government should give it to him. He hates factual science and math but loves emotional things and feeling.
But I enjoyed the movie so much as a child and it's pretty damn good now too. Great actors and writers back in the day.

  4. Never seen this before. Even for the kind of films that James Stewart would sometimes make, it's pretty wacky. I don't believe I've ever seen any of Brigitte Bardot's stuff either but I know she started the 60s "look" and she's "all of that". Curiously unsexy though (for me) because if that's Bardot's acting, I'd rather she didn't. Good film.

  5. 43:43 The units digit is wrong in the division: the dividend can't be 17590038552578 which is an even number. Like Erasmus says, 8191 and 2147483647 are two prime numbers and 8191X2147483647=17590038552577 only possible multiplication of two whole numbers (different from 1 and the result) to get that result.

  6. Bill Mumy was a brilliant actor and his performance here is excellent. He has always stated that he loved working with Jimmy Stewart and I bet he loved Brigette Bardot!

  7. This was a really delightful film… Just a joy to watch; all the roles were perfectly cast and the script was very funny. Thank you for uploading.
