  1. well at least they didn't plant him,the mexicano had every right,he was kind to idiot, idiot playing with guns, when you go act right up next to the great steve McQueen, you're I the big time, brian keith WAS REALLY SOMETHING,RIP brian

  2. Great TV writers, directors, authors, screenplay adapters, and sometimes actors! Robert Serling, Gene Roddenberry, Peckinpah, Ida Lupino, Hitchcock, etc.

  3. I really like horses and the Appaloosa that Keith rides if pretty good BUT that Paint in the pack is one beautiful horse. This was one of the best The Westerner episodes of all. I think Michael Ansara did a tremendous job acting in it. A big thanks for the upload. I like movies that have a young guy with an older guy as a team. Audie Murphy with Dan Duryea, Audie Murphy with Barry Sullivan to name a couple.

  4. guns are not toys, regardless the size of the boy, this young fool, kept pushing the evelope, the bullet went high,he probably lived, and then boarded a train back east, alot of learning in a short time, ansara wasn't playing games with him, insults back then carried more weight

  5. This is the best 25 minutes of old west ideology I have seen. Grew up watching Roy and Gene. Brian Keith did costar with Charlton Heston in my favorite movie, Mountain Men (If I don't get some whiskey soon I think I'm gonna die!). There's a lot in this short film and no women to muddy it up. Subscribed.

  6. Best TV western series. No wonder, it was created (like THE RIFLEMAN) and partly directed by Sam Peckinpah (The Wild Bunch, Ride The High Country)
