  1. get such a kick out of these old movies, love the old time reporters, the look, the slang, the "getting the scoop", the candlestick phones, "get me the city desk", everything. whats fascinating about these very old movies is that most of the people in it are from the 1800's and we get to see them, weird huh?

  3. I just didn't get this one. The title confused me, never did figure that out. Also not very fond of Roger Pryor, just not believable.
Heather Angel surprised me though I recognized her from "The Case of the Lucky Loser".

  4. In the old films I find I'm invariably most jealous of articulate newspaper reporters who can dictate an breaking news story over a phone, while shouting over five other reporters.

  5. This movie Reminds me of "It Happened One Night" w Clark Gable& Claudette Colbert! Does Any one else See similarities? This Was a Very Good movie,I enjoyed it quite a bit! Thank You to People responsible4 putting it on YTube!
