  1. On KONO Channel 12 in San Antonio in mid to late 60s, they'd show this occasionally on "Project Terror" at 10:30 pm. On one of the other channels was ladies roller derby.

  2. I remember this from when I first saw it back in 1962. I've searched for this movie because I wanted to see what was so terrifying about him causing the poor artist to scream so. Now I will know. I never knew they had such a pretty girl ( Rachael) star in it though.

  3. @1:14:10 “Get me away from here!” But you stop running when you could have gotten yourself out to have a big self-pity fest, and then when your devoted boyfriend shows up and tries to carry yo worthless cheating fat a$$ you stop him every couple of feet to make him promise he’ll get you away! Shut up hot mess and let the man walk! Oh never mind Drac fell on a stick – coincidentally where he snacked on poor little Nugget kitty – he’s still got 8 more lives and you ain’t got nothin’ left of your so called “immortality”! Drac=0, Nugget=For the WIn! LOL !Thank goodness for cheesy B movies, tho this one is an oddity…slow and frustrating, and these helpless females must have annoyed the heck out viewers, especially the women! And what is with that 1 second color flood snippet when the lady vamp is getting staked? I swear it looks like it was spliced in from a 70’s Hammer Horror flick and takes you right out of the movie!

  4. The part where the boy runs into the cave to look for his dog has been cut out. I remember it from years ago. He goes to the wooden fence and finds his dog dead. Censorship! Tsk.

  5. An excellent production of Dracula. Held my interest from beginning to end. This horror film about Count Dracula is my favorite. What wonderful acting by all.Francis Lederer did an incredible job portraying the vampire. Worthy of an Academy Award for his performance. I really like the town of Carleton, California and its residents. The house the family lived in was so inviting. I wish I was related to Cora, what a dear & sweet lady. Dracula is so mean and heartless. He deserved what happened to him at the end of the film. The Return of Dracula gets my vote as one of the best horror films!
