  1. Thank you souch for thid maroulads upload. John N. Is right is so perfectly clear. I love Jean Tearney. But she was so so terrible in this movie. So crual. But we must admit she can play any part. Thank you do much for it. ⚘?⚘?⚘?⚘?

  2. I had to watch this old-ass movie for uni, and I had to write an essay on it afterwards. Fucking boring, I swear. I'd rather write an essay on pickles.

  3. Wow, what a truly stunning film. Never mind the blatant misogyny that the “bad” girl dies fir her sins, and the “good” girl gets the man, it’s still an incredible film. Gene Tierney was so utterly lovely, but then she was Irish so I’m not surprised. Great film.

  4. Thank you I love this film. Can you get The Ghost And Mrs Muir as well please. Two of my favourite movies. Both films resonate with me for numerous reasons, apart from her astonishing beauty.

  5. Amazing movie!! The cinematography was is stunning! This was a rare occasion where the movie gripped me from the very beginning (that drumbeat music, hinting danger ahead in the intro) and I couldn't stop watching until it was over. I only wish Ellen had gotten caught, and maybe Ruth and Danny had ended up together (I thought that would happen) but I LOVED the ending with Ruth and Richard. One of the best movies I've seen in a long time ♥️ Can't believe I've never heard of Cornel Wilde before this, he's an amazing actor!!

  6. Ahh women were so stunning back then. The clothes , the glossy curls. The perfectly contoured cheekbones. The berry lips. So chic. The men weren’t bad either lol

  7. But of course at that era she would. It be diagnosed with obsessive Personality disorder and given medication for that. But her family does not make me like them too much. She wanted him for herself. Also the writer is not a men. He did not plan to marry her so fast but just did. He should have feel her calculated coldness with her ex fiancé. She killed herself. Classic case of psychotic borderline personality

  8. I would be happy as a clam with Ellen, beautiful, doesn't want to have children, loving….perfect! Who needs a lot of other people around anyway.

  9. Wow those beautiful houses!
This is a ravishing work of art.
    A three dimensional animated painting.
Another strong contender for the most beautiful color movie ever made.

  10. would like to see Gene Tierney without makeup. The glamor girl gets the pretty clothes and the one who is supposed to be plain (but isn't) is dressed like a schlub.
