What a magical world conpared to the reality of today.. Thank you
Great cast! Great movie! My favorite!
Great movie with awesome cast!
This is just like an older version of “Home in Indiana” with Walter Brennan, Jeanne Crain, Lon McCallister, and June Haver made in 1944 filmed in Kentucky. Both are wonderful movies.
Thanks for sharing this video!
What a great movie!!! I always loved the song, can't believe I'm only seeing it for the first time.
Thank you for uploading this fun lighthearted movie 🌷
Pat Boone should be in the "Rock Hall of Fame" Why he isnt ,is a Mystery.
The best musical
I've always respected Pat Boone for his insistence Not to kiss another woman in any of his movies because he believed it would be disrespectful to his Wife. A true Christian for over 60 years of marriage. A kiss on the cheek.. Ok, never on the lips. How many actors would do that in this day and age???? 😇
Well today was a stressful day. I came home and rewatched this Wonderful Movie. I knew that I could go back in time and be with these sweet people in beautiful Kentucky. Living close by in TN I felt like I was home. What a blessing.
Pat was one of my crushes in my teen years,Elvis &,Ricky Nelson too, there both gone but Pat's still here✝️.hes a Christian lived a clean life ✝️think that's why….🤔😊

Shirley Jones is so pretty. Takes my breath away
who is watching 2021…
Nice to hear Pat Boone sing the "Gentle Girl" song ( starting at 23:12 ) , and then Shirley Jones sing a parallel version of it (starting near 31:52 ) ; generally, I enjoyed this movie. Much to like about it. Early scenes, including opening credits, had a similarity to "Tammy and the Bachelor" (1957). Both movies were filmed in Cinemascope, I think, and both had emphasis on outdoor scenery (at times). I thought the very last part of this movie was a bit weak, actually. However, in the main (overall), I found this to be a quite pleasant diversion. Shirley Jones does an exceptional job of playing an idealized (perfect, wholesome, etc.) young woman; almost too good to be true. Her "good girl" character here reminded me of Debbie Reynolds' "Tammy" character, in the aforementioned movie. Both films had impressive music, to accompany the superb cinematography.
e eu nao conhecia nada do famoso PAT BOONE! AGORA VENDO GRAÇASAO YOU TUBE
Who plays the motorbike policeman ?
It seems that even IMDb forgot him.
Can you tell me, please ?
Thank you.
Unfortunately, some young people would look down dismissively on movies like this one.
Well, their loss.
37:48 inspiration for ''Back To The Future'' !
Hope that they will never defile this marvelous movie with a remake.
Good old Arthur O'Connell ! What a likeable actor !
Marvelously preserved color !
Well there you go, a movie with a message to young kids. Everyone sell out your word and honesty for a race. I mean after all, as long as it works then who cares if you were really driving. I wonder when the devil first took hold of our youth. Seems like now we are reaping that which we sewed.
