  1. Horror-film hardened as I am, Jimmy Sangster scripted movies still give me goosebumps. I strongly recommend his TASTE OF FEAR to whoever liked this movie. The lighting here was superb as the carefully planed cadrage. Moira Redmond really gave it away; brilliantly acted! Seems that she is the protagonist here.

  2. Basically liked the movie but somehow it didn't make sense that all these people suspected that this couple masterminded what they did and they conspired to catch them in this web, especially the teacher's involvement

  3. Great one! Good acting, good story, no gratuitous sex scenes, no CGI animation, no over the top shocker scenes. just a good movie. Too bad they don't make them like this anymore.

  4. Such a Great Movie !
They just don’t make movies like this anymore. I had figured out the entire movie early on but thoroughly enjoyed it none the less. Love Hammer films.

  5. Hammer films were the best before it went overboard with blood and gore!! Classic classy thrillers are more my speed!!πŸΏπŸΏπŸ•πŸ•πŸ‚πŸ‚πŸπŸπŸŽƒπŸŽƒπŸΎπŸ₯ƒπŸΆπŸΆ

  6. I love old B&W British horror films; particularly the Hammer movies. It’s always a treat to find one that I have not seen before, like this one. I am barely halfway into the movie and I am already hooked and trying to figure out where it’s headed!!
Thank you to whom ever posted this gem!!πŸ’Ž

  7. Why is it ALWAYS, ABOUT πŸ’΅??? And the wealthy, who idolize and chase it?? After seeing this, I'm now convinced that British women (and of British descent women, here in north America), are of the loopiest type. Insanity it seems, must of started in EnglandπŸ€”. Pretty good Hammer, suspense production also😁!!! This was one of the few, Hammer films, that slipped by me.

  8. I caught this movie on the Roku Channel monsters twice and both times I missed the first half I wanted to see the beginning because something was up at the end of this movie so now I'm going to watch it here thank you very much for sharing

  9. "Seance On a Wet Afternoon" is another gem but from Allied Films, a 1964 British film with an Academy Award noms and BAFTA wins. Kim Stanley outstanding!
