  3. A beautiful film brimming over with quality! Superb use of 21.9 widescreen and no expense has been spared on costumes and in equipping all the interior scenes with every kind of Victorian artifact.
The HD picture quality is absolutely incredible.
    One of Hammer’s classiest productions.

  4. The only problem I had with this movie is that they should let Hyde win at the end, I mean I know that every adaptation (plz the original book) the both Jekyll and Hyde either way dies or gets exposed at the end but having Hyde gaining complete control and framing Jekyll for all his crimes is a very interesting new take on the character(s), I'm not saying that this movie bad because this little nitpick I had with it, its actually a pretty good movie but I think having Hyde win in this movie would have made this adaptation much more interesting because it would tell us that good not always wins against evil and not every bad person in the world gets what they deserve and it would it show us that sometimes evil can even win against good. Or I just like to the villains winning than the heroes, either way.
