  1. If anything ever happens to me it was James Elmer Cunningham and Ronny "Lee" Spence (who fancy themselves as a latter day Leopold and Loeb) and their socially inbred family. And if anything should happen to them.. it was definitely me 😅 in self defense. It was justifiable H word

  2. Wonderful riveting movie from beginning to end. No dull spots whatsoever.
Greta Gynt was quite convincing as the conniving vixen wife, Eric Portman was great as the brainy wronged husband and Dennis Price as the hapless 1st lover was good too.
    Truly a fabulous movie.

  3. I prefer the old , classic movies during thd early years of hollywood my mother was always there watching it in great awe!!!! Thznkx somuch for posting it on yt 😮😮😮😅😅😊😊

  4. For those saying the music is too loud, have you checked if the YouTube stable audio setting is enabled. You'll want to disable it. I think many people find that it's enabled by default in their settings. Disabling it should help a bit.

  5. This was really one of the better old b&w movies I’ve seen and have loved them ..especially British movies since my youth and I’m 72 now🌷but that background music needed to be muted😇

  6. What the hell is with some of these old english actors, It seems as though they can't get the dialog out of their mouth fast enough. Talk about motor mouths. Vroom Vroom Vroom….

  7. So many things to enjoy in Noir, even the hairdos and the hairdon'ts. Wonderful garb, but some of the women's hats are absurd. The sets are always interesting. Props good ( like those old twisted wire telephones), but always, our view today is retrospective. ❤

  8. I'm an avid old movie buff yet had not heard of Maxwell Reed, just reading about him being Joan Collins first husband and the rape story.

  9. Thanks so much for uploading this great old film, just love everything about it.
Fine actors, plot, script with twists and turns.
Its a great escape from our stressful lives to another bygone era, where we can relax and take a break from it all.
    😊

  10. This plot is exactly the same almost as the other one in this parcel where the husband having been away comes home early and confronts the American seeing his wife. He kidnaps the American and stashes him away in a hidden room planning a drawn out planned murder until a Wiley superintendent figures it out and frees the man. I think it’s the movie entitled “Obsession-The hidden room.
