  1. Love the movie, Gary Cooper and Ann Sheridan. Fashion 😆. Breakfast cereals for kids, better than today’s junk. But not not the best (my dietary critique 😁)

  2. This is such an underrated classic. Good Sam kind of fell off the radar as Its A Wonderful Life became more and more famous. But this movie does have its own holiday charm. Ann Sheridan and Gary Cooper are fantastic together. And Harrys in there too.

One thing though, the movie never quotes Jesus proper. Sure, he wants us to love our neighbors. But were also supposed to love our wives as we love ourselves and in turn, theyre supposed to follow our guidance. The husband is not supposed to drive his wife crazy and break her heart.

If the priest was actually Christian, he would give Sam a good talking to

  3. My husband and I both love Gary Cooper and all the people love him as well allowing him to do these picture videos. We truly appreciate your sharing them with us all

  4. According to Wikipedia this must be the reissued version. The original version is 2h10m and is stored in the Library of Congress. I wonder what was in the 15-16 minutes that were cut.

  5. Perfect starting it with a sermon considering treating others, etc as you would have them and giving away most of what you have to make room for more and all the other idiotic godly, religious adages that have us getting nowhere, poor af, robbed blind and wanting all the Chinese and other countries garbage that they are paid 2¢ a day to make more of…

  6. Ann Sheridan is the real protagonist of this pleasant movie! She was the greatest actress of the forties! The most talented and versatile, with the best laughing ever!!!❤️

  7. Funny how this story is enjoyable for some to watch. Personally dispise the man. Foolish man is immature, irresponsible, neglects his family and shouldn't be allowed out of the house alone. Take care of your family first. Miserable story

  8. Well this is now anothe favourite of mine to add to my list …

  9. This movie sucks. What person would be that stupid? There is a difference between being nice and being stupid. How stupid loaning a car to a nearly blind driver. Sheesh!

  10. After seeing this I am going to go give all my money to the needy! April fools!! Couldn’t resist. Imagine Gary having to deal with the current homelessness crisis in California? Always enjoy watching Coop, my favorite being his western with Walter Brennan playing Judge Roy Bean
