lacked psycho depth
, far too linear
Ida Lupino was a fabulous actress and a fellow Briton, I first saw here in the Twilight Zone ep – The Sixteenth Millimetre Shrine. she was outstanding in that episode. And here she stands out too.
Slow movie; thank goodness for fast forward
Good movie. Anybody else spend the whole movie thinking what you would do? I’d throw a boiling pot of beans in his face.

I am crazy about Ida Lupino, since I seen Ghost Camera and she was wearing her night dress. Brains beauty and dream in black and white or colour. I was born in the wrong era, I love the cars, the dame and life of the 50s movies.
Edmund O'Brien punches the killer when he is handcuffed and being held by the 2 Mexican policemen…what a gutless bitch…ida lapino…a view into the female mind!
Isn't that bad guy the losing DA? I think BERGER in PERRY MASON?
Tough guys lovejoy and nolan…became the killer's "bitches"…lol
Killer is a creepy freak…guess Richard Widmark was busy.
Ida Lapino. Wrote a good script I always loved her acting and wt writing
Moral of the story: if u have to lie to the Mrs it probably ain't worth doing lol
I love these old movies…..a bit of an old gun…lol.
Hard to call this Film Noir; no twist ending, nothing out of the ordinary about the end at all. kinda benign. Ida Lupino wrote and directed, shame she didn't do a cameo.
Great Movie.
So glad when the bad guy gets it.
Got sick of him with that gun.
