  1. Oh I love all of these actors. Fred MacMurray is certainly top notch as a comedic actor, his timing is flawless and so is Melvyn Douglas and Jean Arthur, and don't forget about Dad, he was awesome too. These movies are timeless and classic forever. Thank you YouTube.

  2. Nowadays I believe it's more easier to find the man you have to support. I'm not saying right wrong. But modern society has changed I think.
    Many women like economic independence.

  3. How unfortunate and idiot we men are!
This movie is an example of history and reality of mans maleness. Men worked and died for women . And women lived liked a goddess and dressed very luxury and happily.

  4. Hahahahahaha hahahahah ?‍♀️. Si fuera ella me quedaría con el más ingenuo, tímido e introvertido el más pobre …. hahahahaha ?????????? me recordó a la película los 3 García de Pedro Infante ??…

  5. "Hi, Y'all ! What a sweet film.
Please watch closely from around 12 Min's 28, to see Fred do some amazing jumps. And his smug expression, to irritate Henry is vey good.
And Jean's anxiety about them both trying to outdo eachother, she's going " Oh, Oh, ….Oh ! " . So well done throughout.

  6. 24:49 Smartest thing said in this wonderful movie.

"It's late and we're all upset, tired, the only thing to do is to go to bed and get a good night's sleep so we can face this problem tomorrow with clear minds."

  7. Funny but not a thing! They were too far ahead of their time and ours too! If you like it, admire beautiful vintage dresses and high 40s class suits.
    Incomparable.

  8. I really love old movies but this one is just too over the top, too cute and too predictable and don't waste your time. Unless you love Jean Arthur find something else.

  9. Three married couples under one roof. Each behaving like children. Love is the common factor, and there's no room for a dividend. This is so-o-o good! A wholesome and proper classic…love it! ??

  10. Thank for posting this movie. Never seen any other Jean Arthur Movies other than my all time favourite Shane (1953) , Mr.Smith Goes To Washington and You Can't Take it With You. I great actress and nice to see her in a comedy too.
So it's nice to see her in other roles
