  1. When they didn’t think too much about it and simply did what they were meant to do, women made wonderful movies, invented great things, and made powerful heads of state.

  2. I have a little Johnnie of my own too, except that she is a little girl called Bindi.
Bindi lost her vision completely, in a matter of hours, due to a not so rare condition called SARDS. I am trying to bring awareness to this immune disease. The vets know very little. I hold on to the hope that one day soon she will be able to see again.
If anyone knows anything about SARDS that may help Bindi, please post it.

  3. Why we put people in cages I still do not understand. And then one day, you release them and expect things will change?! Oh, and when you change this savage approach society complains it costs to much. Rikers Island is a disgrace.

  4. An excellent film, so beautifully acted, photographed and directed! Truly exceptional! Thank you for posting it! It helped me on yet another boring Corona virus day…

  5. When the woman asked about Johnnie, I thought it was a person & at 24:40 she can't be all that bad, she is an animal lover so that's fine with me. Don't make movies like this anymore & many great ones were British. I thought Joan Collins was very attractive here, well she still is fine today in her 80's.

  6. First time I've seen this. Nice – thanks for posting it! Joan Collins standing in front of the huge movie marquee with Susan Hayward and Gregory Peck made me smile – it wouldn't be long before she was starring with Gregory Peck! (The Bravados, 1958) Nice job from everyone in this film including the dog.

  7. I’m already worried about these 3 ladies. What I thought in the beginning was true so now I’m scared for all three. This movie is making me sick. God bless them I am hoping life is ok for them all.

  8. Huge Kathleen Harrison fan~ first met her in the 'Huggetts' triIogy years ago. I dearly love that precious lady! Glad I finished it- Brits made some excellent movies back then.

  9. well I guess liberty mutual insurance company won't be getting any of my money given that they're add was so poorly time during the movie. Is it really too expensive to use a creative brain that thinks critically?
