  1. A good film and a good upload! Not so frequent in YouTube, I'm afraid… Unfortunately there are too many bad uploads, even of good films totally butchered! Here a bunch of good actors (not enough to have a good film), a good plot well worked out, AND a good Director: Ken Hughes – the person people almost always forget to mention, not realizing that the Director is the key to having a good film or a failure! Ken Hughes does a really good job! Of course Audrey Dalton is a darling – and very good actress… Sidney Chaplin does a good job too. And the others. The film has a good pace and is perfectly timed (all this is Ken Hughes' merit). Thanks for such a good upload. Moreover not available on DVD! Shared on Google+

  2. I lap up these 50s Brit films when they get uploaded. They are so hard to find. Thank you kindly Jon Whitehead. I watched Herbert Lom in Dual Alibi last nite. Do you know this film?. It is about twin circus performers who go on trial for the murder of a con man who dupes them out of 1million francs. This Brit film has shades of the 1946 Hollywood production Dark Mirror with the excellent Olivia de Havilland

  3. It seemed to take a little while for the film to move into the meaty details of the plot.  But once it did, it remained of interest until the end.  It was the church bell that brought in the grand finale'.  We really enjoyed this film.  Thank you, Jon Whitehead!
